Develop and execute an integrated event marketing strategy that aligns with the overall company goals Own the event calendar, including trade shows, customer summits, hosted webinars, and field marketing events Define event KPIs and measure ROI to ensure events drive pipeline and brand awareness Manage end-to-end logistics for Venn’s presence at industry and hosted events Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align event programming for the targeted audience Ensure events showcase Venn’s branding, messaging, and thought leadership Develop creative marketing campaigns around events, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement and post-event follow up What You Will Bring
6+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS technology company Proven success planning and executing both large-scale trade shows and intimate client events Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously Creative thinker with an eye for brand building and memorable experiences Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product and Customer Success Seniority level
