Experience in product strategy and consumer product design. Experience with prototyping and using GenAI tools and models. Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. Experience with visual design. Ability to execute with velocity and a focus on driving user adoption. Excellent storytelling and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment and executive buy-in. About The Job

Lead the UX definition and product idea for new GenAI viewer and creator experiences, working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to align on a user-centered strategy. Shape and execute the design for product launches, producing deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to find product-market fit. Own the design process with little guidance, managing work across multiple projects. Drive product innovation through active ideation, concept development, and user testing. Build relationships with partners and contribute to a supportive UX culture that values critical feedback in the pursuit of excellence. About Google/EEO
