Manage tax filings and compliance for private equity funds and related entities. Review partnership tax returns (Form 1065), K-1s, and related investor reporting. Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers. Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions. Stay current on tax law changes and assess impacts. Support tax structuring and due diligence on new deals. Help respond to investor tax questions and data requests. Maintain clear tax documentation and support audits. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred. 5+ years of tax experience in Public Accounting, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Financial Services industry.
