We’re looking for a Social Content Manager who can take our brand presence to the next level. This isn’t a “post once a week” role — it’s a chance to own and shape RAD Intel’s social voice across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, and newly emerging channels. You’ll balance thought leadership and executive amplification with consumer-style creativity that makes a B2B company show up like a B2C brand. If you’re an AI superfan, fluent in the cultural language of social, and excited by the idea of building the public face of a company that’s already redefining its industry, this role is for you. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-channel social strategy that balances B2B credibility with consumer-style brand presence. Create sharp, engaging content that feels B2C — cultural hooks, trend-savvy posts, UGC-style video scripts — but communicates RAD Intel’s B2B value. Manage content calendars and campaign launches across LinkedIn (execs + brand page), Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Write and edit confident copy for posts and thought leadership content, always in RAD Intel’s voice. Collaborate with executives on UGC video, keynote amplification, and distribution of RAD Intel’s thought leadership. Act as the primary point of contact with our paid media agency — ensuring organic and paid content are streamlined, scheduled, and aligned with RAD Intel’s brand voice and campaign priorities. Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion. Stay ahead of AI + marketing trends and use them to position RAD Intel as a leader in both B2B and B2C conversations. About You
5+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or high-growth startup. Proven track record of building and scaling multi-platform content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging channels. Strong writer and storyteller — able to distill complex AI/marketing concepts into clear, scroll-stopping posts. Deep familiarity with paid + organic integration, and experience acting as POC with paid media agencies is preferred. Comfortable managing content calendars, aligning with brand/campaign schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met. Analytical mindset — able to track KPIs, interpret data, and adjust strategy based on performance. Passionate about AI and marketing innovation — a genuine superfan who follows trends, experiments with tools, and brings fresh ideas. Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, Nano Banana, or similar tools. Experience working with executives on thought leadership content, including video, event recaps, and keynote amplification (owning or assisting). Ability to create consumer-style content for a B2B brand — sharp, cultural, and engaging without losing credibility. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and direct impact. BONUS: experience in financial comms, Investor Relations, or regulated industries. What we offer
