Elucid is delivering on our mission to prevent heart attacks and strokes. We are seeking a Principal Platform Engineer who’s passionate about building resilient cloud platforms that drive real-world impact in healthcare. In this role, you’ll architect secure, automated infrastructure in an FDA-regulated environment, implement advanced CI/CD pipelines, and champion infrastructure-as-code practices that enable teams to deliver faster and smarter. By applying your DevOps expertise and AWS mastery, you’ll accelerate the development of cutting-edge medical-imaging SaaS solutions that have the ability to transform patient care. Responsibilities

Architect and implement secure, automated cloud infrastructure in an FDA-regulated environment. Design and champion infrastructure-as-code practices to enable faster, smarter delivery. Build and optimize advanced CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery. Apply DevOps/SRE/platform engineering practices to support resilient, scalable systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable cloud-native, medical-imaging SaaS solutions. Qualifications

7+ years of DevOps/SRE/Platform-focused software engineering experience in an agile environment, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Rust, Go). Extensive hands-on experience creating and supporting AWS environments using services such as ECS, EFS, EC2, RDS, Redshift, VPC, Route53, and related tooling. Experience developing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) with Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, or similar. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, etc.). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, New Relic, or similar. Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. Work Location and Hours

This role is based in our Boston, MA office with a hybrid work model emphasizing in-office collaboration. On-call rotation is required, providing coverage on business days from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
