What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead and mentor a team of Technical Managers across multiple lines of insurance, ensuring high standards in risk assessments - Deliver impactful risk mitigation advice to support marketing and digital engagement strategies - Oversee the development of technical content and guidelines to enhance risk assessment practices - Cultivate strategic partnerships with business stakeholders to align Risk Services with business unit needs - Drive innovation in risk engineering practices by exploring next-generation capabilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications): - BA/BS degree preferred in Engineering or Risk Management - 12+ years of experience in P&C risk engineering across all core product lines - Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams while fostering a collaborative work environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior management across the organization - Deep understanding of P&C Risk Engineering and recognition as an industry expert
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Certification/designation(s) such as AMIM, CSP, CPCU, ARM, PE, etc. - Experience in managing large-scale projects and successfully implementing change initiatives
