Responsibilities
Develop new prospects and interact with existing multifamily and single-family housing customers to boost sales
Collaborate with the RVP and TSRs to increase sales of Tarkett products through strategic accounts
Conduct product knowledge presentations for end users, dealers, and architects/designers
Create and maintain effective business plans for corporate strategic partners and end user opportunities
Drive specifications and attend local networking events and trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in launching products at key accounts
Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights
Assertive with attention to detail and commitment to planning and organization
Convincing and persuasive communication style
Willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%)
