Public accounting individuals are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Prepare and manage quarterly US GAAP-based financial reports Coordinate and support annual US GAAP audits Conduct valuations and ensure accuracy Manage capital calls and distributions processes Oversee cash management activities Assist with investor relations initiatives Document and analyze investment transactions comprehensively Perform carry calculations with precision Take on various ad hoc responsibilities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, preferred major in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA preferred 2–4 years of accounting experience Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with external parties and internal stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build efficient templates from scratch (macros experience not required). #40763 Seniority level
