Calibration program:
working with QET to conduct monthly torque tool validations are performed, recorded. Working directly with manufacturing and warehouse management to ensure training and awareness of the calibration program for both new hire and existing workforce. Pull data weekly, monthly and quarterly to report to the management team on trends and drive improvements as necessary. Drives the annual calibration contract and blanket purchase order management with second party calibration laboratory to perform calibration on all test and validation equipment, scales and other devices requiring annual calibration. Maintain Calibration related procedures, forms and records. (ESD) Electrostatic Discharge prevention program , execute employee awareness training. Drive QET Validation program to ensure all workstations, cages and equipment meet documented requirements, ensure readings are recorded within appropriate databases, work closely with the Manufacturing Equipment engineering teams to ensure we maintain regulatory compliance. Conduct annual ESD test station calibration, verify data is recorded and systems are re-labeled according to procedures. ESD Testing output reporting management, reviewing trends and communicating with management on identified issues or trends. Maintain ESD related procedures, data and records including improvement plans and actions associated with the program. Non-conforming Materials : compiling data from NCR, inspection, test and repair, analyzing documenting and reporting in daily, monthly and quarterly meetings working directly with Supplier Quality Engineering to obtain status of actions conducted. Prepare for and host daily Material Review Board meetings to determine disposition of components driven by non-conforming material reports. Record and report on all actions and activities associated and work directly with action owners to ensure closure of open actions. Maintain all Procedures, work instructions and processes associated with the NCM. 8D Corrective action process (CAPA log) :
Maintain the Hyve Solutions 8D Corrective and preventive action log, responsible for providing awareness and training of the processes used to determine root cause, contain the issue, report on how it occurred and what actions are necessary for preventing recurrences leading to future nonconformance. Monitor the 8D log and report to action owners and/or requestors of open actions to drive it to completion. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly status reporting as a requirement of the quality management system. Conducts internal QMS process audi ts ts as needed: Performs internal QMS Process audits when requested, following developed procedures for internal audit process and recording results of internal audit within the QMS Process audit tracker. Must coordinate with the Quality Manager for guidance and direction. New Hire and annual awareness Training : Weekly New Hire training, in person or video training for introduction to quality, providing awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and certification process, the Quality Policy and where it can be located, document control and the importance of using only what is located within the MFG doc center for Kitting, building, testing, inspecting, repairing and shipping on behalf of the organization. Training includes the ESD, Calibration and Capa programs we follow. Document Control Support
as needed: provide secondary back-up support of a two stage Document Control Center the management of initial MCO routing, approvals, and distribution lists within CIS. Document control must monitor, review, approve and upload documentation into the CIS PLM so that users can view documentation on the MCS MFG Document Center. Monitor and review MCOs routed to the document control desk for final approval and upload into the CIS system. @ HYVE Solutions
