Overview

Principal Product Manager - Tech, Sponsored Products and Brands role at Amazon Ads. This role is part of the Conversational Ad Experiences team focused on designing, developing and launching innovative ad experiences delivered to shoppers in conversational contexts. We leverage generative AI to help shoppers discover products and brands, while enabling advertisers to explain how their products meet shoppers\' needs. Responsibilities

Define the product strategy for the business and drive appropriate technology choices. Lead continuous innovation and shape the future of e-commerce. Guide engineering and operational decisions and align with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon on high‑profile projects. Initiate greenfield projects and drive development through all stages from inception to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new shopper and advertiser experiences in conversational contexts. Basic Qualifications

2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience 8+ years of technical product or program management experience Bachelor\'s degree Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience in technical product management Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements Experience with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement Experience with using Generative AI tools to develop product ideas, conduct product research and competitive analysis, and to author documents Experience with advertising Company and Equal Opportunity

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location and experience.
