Job Title: Tower Permitting Specialist Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid) Responsibilities
Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications; track progress and address jurisdictional requests. Collaborate with design teams to create permit drawings and construction documents. Update systems and communicate effectively with internal and external teams. Lead entitlement discussions in customer meetings and manage zoning tasks. Communicate zoning and permitting conditions to internal teams. Develop relationships with municipalities and represent our client at meetings. Skills Required
Experience in front-end permitting and application submission. Knowledge of zoning and permitting processes; telecommunications experience is a plus. Familiarity with 6409 and Eligible Facility Request (EFR) timelines. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and attention to detail. About SSI People
