We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Revenue & Customer Support Solutions team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories — from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to supporting production deployment. You’ll work cross-functionally with users, solution architects, and development teams to drive impactful solutions that support business operations.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities :
Effectively communicate with Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and non functional requirements.
Lead, facilitate and manage end-to-end system change implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support .
Provide technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms in collaboration with development ( CoE ) teams .
Partner with developers, administrators, architects and cross functional IT teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance system usability, and optimize business p rocess through technology
Ensure system documentation, system process mapping, and change management practices are maintained .
Create detailed functional , non funcitonal and technical documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, user stories, acceptence critiera , workflows, and data models
Facilitate user acceptance testing with identified users and obtain sign off for implementation.
Provide training, demo, guidance, and support to business users on CRM system capabilities, features and enhancements.
Provide post implementation support and ensure prompt resolution of reported issues.
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across multiple different time zones.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of stories , including planning, execution, testing, deploymen t and post deployment support.
Facilitate meetings , Identify risks, limitations and challenges, develop timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans .
Monitor KPIs and metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals
Ensure CRM system integrity, data quality, and performance through best practices and governance
Let’s talk about Qualifications, Skills and Experience : Required: 10 + years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
8+ years of technical experience with CRM systems – preferably Sales Cloud, Life Science Cloud
Experience working in Sales or Sales Operation projects such as Pipeline Management, Forecasting
Strong business acumen with customer first mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
5 + years of Oracle ERP experience.
