Join us as a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting! Responsibilities
Manage the global monthly and accounting close process, including preparation of the corporate close calendar, managing the close progress against deadlines, and coordinating with global accounting teams. Lead accounting and internal control activities for share-based compensation plans, bonus plans and other global compensation programs, foreign currency matters, intercompany transactions, lease accounting, derivative accounting, business combinations, debt modifications, and other centralized accounting processes. Perform technical research, evaluation, and documentation for significant, complex transactions for areas of influence. Interface with internal and external auditors, ensure SOX controls and corporate policies/processes compliance, and evaluate processes and controls for continuous improvements and change when needed. Serve as the liaison with domestic and international locations to ensure global consistency on accounting matters, including management of the global chart of accounts. Provide input for and oversight of US GAAP disclosures related to Corporate Accounting areas of influence, in coordination with the Financial Reporting team, ensuring accurate disclosures in external financial statements. Qualifications
CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 5+ years of progressive experience. Experience in corporate accounting and financial controls within a public company environment or public accounting firm, with strong knowledge of financial principles and US GAAP. Advanced technical research capabilities for a complex global enterprise. Experience performing complex calculations and reviewing complex reconciliations of large data sets, understanding the accounting impact of transactions. Proficiency with software applications; Oracle and OneStream experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills for partnering with Company leaders, cross-functional teams, and third-party service providers. Team leadership experience including mentoring, performance evaluation, and career development. Our Commitment to You

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications, and other business needs. Range: $129,375 - $215,625. Salary details are one component of the compensation package, which may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits. Typical hiring range progression starts lower in the range with the potential to reach the midpoint and top end based on experience and qualifications.
