Overview
Analyst / Designer role focused on SAP ERP solutions with emphasis on SAP MM, WM, SD and integration with FICO. The SAP Business Analyst/Consultant plays a key role in project delivery, translating business requirements into design specifications and communicating with business and IT partners for solution review, endorsement and delivery. Responsibilities
Design, build and implement functional solutions supporting warehouse management processes in SAP, Order to Cash processes, including integration with other solutions such as SFDC, SAP ATTP and others. Maintain full lifecycle involvement on multiple projects—from requirements gathering through functional specifications/design and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Designers to design, build, maintain and enhance applications per business requirements. Analyze, design, build, test, deploy, maintain and enhance Warehouse Management and Order to Cash functional solutions leveraging SAP MM/WM/SD and other integrations as needed. Develop system features per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution. Collaborate with functional and IT technical teams and business SMEs to realize cross-functional solutions (either SAP module integrations or external systems). Support IT leadership in communicating and obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for SAP MM/WM/SD design (covering people, process and technology). Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained for all supported systems. Deliver scalable global solutions that maximize value and minimize duplication; identify new areas where standard solutions can be deployed. Qualifications
4+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions in a global enterprise; 2+ years hands-on experience in SAP SD/MM/WM and related modules, with a strong background in ERP application development, customization and operation. Deep knowledge of master data, configuration and transactions supporting order management, shipping and billing, including integration to external systems. Thorough understanding of cross-module dependencies (FI/CO, PP). Expert in design, build and monitoring of SAP interfaces across multiple systems (iDoc, XML, Web Services, CIF integration, etc.). Minimum three full lifecycle implementations from blueprint to go-live, with at least one project in a lead capacity. Strong business knowledge in the Pharma/Biotech industry and related processes is required. Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience in quality/compliance management and CSV within pharmaceutical, biotech or related validated environments is highly preferred. Strong analytical thinking, self-motivation, results-oriented team player with a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables. Excellent verbal/written communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution abilities. Skills
