Position Summary EG America, operating over 1,600 convenience and fuel stores under banners like Cumberland Farms, Turkey Hill, and Loaf ’N Jug, is partnering with Axonet to build a next-generation Retail Media Network. This platform leverages first-party shopper data to connect CPG brands with millions of on-the-go consumers through in-store screens, audio, loyalty programs, digital, and offsite channels. The company is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Agency Partnerships—an experienced professional from agency holding companies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom) to drive advertising revenue and position EG America as a top retail media partner. This is an opportunity to help shape a scaled, new-to-market media network, offering access to 67 million+ in-store impressions annually and direct collaboration with leading CPG brands and agencies.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with senior investment and strategy leads across CPG partners

Unlock new CPG budgets by evangelizing the value of EG America’s omnichannel media network.

Lead top-to-top meetings, QBRs, and negotiations with CPG clients.

Develop long-term Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to secure recurring investment.

Partner cross-functionally (sales, ops, analytics, product, Axonet) to deliver seamless client experiences.

Represent EG America at industry events and agency roadshows.

Working Relationships Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Retail Media Network partner Axonet-traffic, analytics, sales

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree college

Preferred Education Master’s Degree

Minimum Experience

5 Years digital ad sales

Proven CPG sales/partnerships background with digital ad sales.

Strong knowledge of media planning, investment, and retail media/eCommerce monetization.

Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who thrives in a growth-stage RMN.

Preferred Experience 6-8 years Digital Advertising Sales, Retail Media Network experience ideally

Licenses/Certifications Interactive Advertising Bureau Digital salesperson certification

Based in or near Boston,MA or New York City strongly preferred.

Other Requirements Travel:

Ability to travel independently 40%. Must have clean driving record.

Hours & Conditions Hours & Conditions:

Monday – Friday 8 hour day in office setting with option to work one day remotely if approved by immediate supervisor
