ABA SHINE is seeking a passionate and experienced Spanish-speaking Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, specializing in Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) for RCEB and CCHP clients. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and their caregivers, focusing on skill development, behavior reduction, and improved daily functioning across home, day program, residential facilities, and other community settings. You will provide focused, evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct interventions without the use of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, ensuring a personalized, consistent approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating closely with families and other professionals to address behavioral challenges and promote independence. Responsibilities

Work closely with parents and caregivers in home, community, and day programs to equip them with the necessary skills and strategies to support the client’s behavior and development effectively.

Provide guidance on implementing behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions within the home environment and the community.

Maintain a caseload of about 10 clients, including intake assessments, using standardized assessment tools, writing reports, and developing individualized goals with families.

Report to the Regional Center every 6 months; there are no RBTs/BTs or midlevel staff involved in these cases; you have full control over your caseload and schedule.

Focus on clinically based work without routine office tasks unrelated to your caseload.

Position offers full-time or part-time hours with compensation based on experience (full-time 112K–117K; part-time hourly rate $77–$80).

Maintain a schedule, data, session notes, and timely appointment conversions in the ReThink software.

Depict baseline observations, build rapport, and utilize Behavioral Skills Training as required by client profile.

Compensation & Schedule

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time; Part-time on an hourly rate of $77 to $80 per hour based on experience.

Full-Time range: 112K to 117K per year based on experience.

Billable expectation: 30 hours per week, with up to 30% indirect billable time (materials) and 70% direct work with clients and caregivers.

Paid on a bi-weekly basis; hours tracked and submitted to payroll.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 15% (Required).

Requirements

Must hold a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, providing one-to-one parent coaching and direct ABA services to children with developmental delays or behavioral challenges.

Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management techniques, functional behavior assessments, and positive behavior support strategies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide treatment planning and interventions.

Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Adherence to BACB ethical standards and local regulatory requirements.
