Insurance Defense Attorney
with 5-10 years of experience to join their New Jersey office. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging insurance litigation cases in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims. Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 5-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience. Proven trial experience (required). Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities. Compensation And Benefits
