We’re seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. As a foundational member of the engineering team, you’ll work closely with the founders to design, build, and launch new product features — from first lines of code to production. Every week, you’ll ship meaningful functionality and own complex engineering problems in: Multimodal content understanding with large models Campaign optimization at scale You’ll have the autonomy to move fast, make technical decisions, and directly shape product direction and business outcomes. Full-stack strength — proficiency with React/Next.js (frontend) and Python/Django/Postgres (backend). 5+ years of engineering experience, with examples of building user-facing products (not just internal tooling). Big tech or high-growth startup experience — exposure to complex systems and/or fast-paced ownership of user-focused features. User impact orientation — clear track record of solving user problems and delivering business value. Career progression — evidence of growth and promotions within previous companies. Startup mindset — thrives in ambiguity, executes quickly, and values ownership. In-person collaboration — excited to work 5 days/week onsite in Brooklyn, NYC. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of
professional software engineering experience Strong generalist, able to work across client and server Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality, scalable systems to production Experience in AI-driven software products preferred Tech Stack
