Soliant is actively seeking a passionate and qualified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join a dedicated school district team in
California
for the
2025-2026 school year . This is a full-time position working with students to help them achieve communication and language goals within a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements Conduct assessments and evaluations Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and reports Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP License (or ability to obtain) ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs are welcome to apply) Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) 2025-2026 School Year Competitive hourly rate of $50 - $70, based on experience and qualifications Weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and professional support Application Information
