Part-Time Obstetrics and Gynecology, Physician
to join our team in
San Bernardino, CA . This role provides comprehensive reproductive healthcare—including prenatal, gynecological, and obstetric care—within a patient-centered, community-based setting. The OB/GYN plays a vital role in advancing health equity, working collaboratively to reduce healthcare access barriers for underserved populations. This position offers a
flexible, part-time schedule based on your availability —ideal for those seeking better work-life balance or looking to complement other professional commitments. Base pay range
$145.00/hr - $165.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic exams. Perform in-office procedures such as colposcopy and endometrial biopsy. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.). Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications. Counsel patients on preventive health, hygiene, diet, and wellness. Administer immunizations and provide family planning services. Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and support teams to ensure coordinated care. Provide clinical coverage during some evening and Saturday shifts (approximately 26 Saturdays/year). Travel locally to other clinic sites in urgent situations, as needed. May supervise Physician Assistants (PAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and medical trainees. Integrate quality improvement and health center policies into clinical practice. Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with OB/GYN residency training Board Certified or Board Eligible (must certify within 3 years of completing residency) Current California Medical License, DEA registration, and BLS certification HIV certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain Familiarity with electronic health records; eClinical Works experience preferred Basic computer literacy and clinical documentation skills Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations Core Competencies
