Head of Operations Engineering . In this high‑impact leadership role, you’ll oversee end‑to‑end engineering operations, driving process improvements, managing large‑scale projects, and leading a dynamic team to support the safe and efficient production of high‑quality beverages. Responsibilities
Lead the
Engineering Department
to develop, implement, and optimize systems, processes, and resources that support seamless manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement
through KPI monitoring, downtime reduction, and strategic process enhancements. Manage and track
capital projects , engineering budgets ( CapEx, Training, Consulting ), and facility expansions. Oversee
engineering design , equipment specifications, and drawing controls for new and existing systems. Administer the
CMMS system (Upkeep)
for all maintenance and engineering activities, including breakdowns, repairs, and contractor operations. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Maintenance, EH&S, Production, Controls, Reliability) to align engineering and maintenance schedules. Support EH&S compliance, including
LOTO , startup/shutdown procedures, and safety program implementation. Collaborate with leadership to plan strategic downtime for renovations and equipment upgrades. Introduce new technologies and evaluate cost‑effective solutions to improve operational performance. Lead process mapping and resource planning for all engineering activities. Uphold compliance with
SQF ,
FDA , and
Food Safety
standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment 5–7 years of leading capital projects, managing budgets, and team leadership Strong command of
engineering principles, P&ID creation/interpretation , and project coordination Expertise with
Microsoft Project ,
AutoCAD ,
CMMS (e.g., Upkeep) , ERP/CRM systems, and MES platforms Proficiency in
