Senior Director, Commercial Operations
to lead and elevate our U.S. go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Stock options Why This Role
This is a high-impact position where you’ll drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. You’ll partner with senior leadership in the U.S. and abroad to design scalable processes, empower teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do
Lead Commercial Operations : Oversee sales operations, analytics, CRM/CPQ tools, and demand planning for a nationwide team. Shape GTM Strategy : Drive territory and quota planning, pipeline management, and sales enablement programs that accelerate growth. Champion Data & Insights : Build dashboards and forecasting models that give executives actionable intelligence for decision-making. Optimize Processes : Implement automation, standard work, and Lean/Continuous Improvement practices to streamline commercial workflows. Collaborate Globally : Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align on priorities and KPIs while connecting with international Centers of Excellence. What We’re Looking For
10+ years in Commercial, Sales, or Business Operations, ideally within medical device, healthcare, or life sciences. Proven track record leading large teams and driving commercial process improvements. Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and GTM tools such as CPQ, Outreach, or BI dashboards. Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement methods (Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, etc.). Exceptional analytical skills, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. What We Offer
