Location: Montgomery, Alabama Full Time Schedule: Mon to Thurs 8:00a-4:30p, Fri 8:00a-12:00p Inpatient / Outpatient - Clinic is next to hospital Join 5 other OB / GYNs Volume: 20-25 patients/day - mix of patients Average 45-50 deliveries per month / split among all OB / GYNs OB and GYN work split 50/50 Each physician has a nurse or MA who works alongside Full ancillary staff Hospital details
Surgery as needed and block time Surgical robotics available Level 2 nursery 2 infant ventilators No midwives or laborists Call
Flexible, roughly 1 in 5; each doctor takes own practice call EMR
EMR: Altera Paragon and Athena - integrated system Practice Type
Hospital employed Qualifications & Eligibility
BC / BE OB / GYN Physician Ability to attain Alabama medical license MD or DO Accepting New Grads and H-1B / J-1 Visa candidates Compensation & Benefits
Base salary with 3 year guarantee Quarterly Bonuses (RVU bonus structure) Full Benefits: Health, disability, retirement, profit sharing, malpractice Sign-on and Relocation 20 days of PTO Reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and Certifications 5 days for CME Community Community
