Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Oversee and direct the operation of Banquet functions, Lounge, Room Service, and Restaurant facilities. Direct, implement, and maintain a service and management philosophy which guides staff. As the Task Force Director of F&B for the Restaurants, Bars, and Events, build an exciting, innovative, and memorable dining experience by leading a well-rounded front-of-house team. Monitor labor costs, financial performance, staff development, scheduling, and nightly/daily service coordination. Act as an advocate for the restaurant, create personal guest experiences, and develop relationships to encourage repeat visits. Maintain an active presence throughout restaurant and event spaces; lead daily line-ups, department meetings, and walk-throughs of event setups; coordinate and participate in BEO meetings. Lead a team of restaurant supervisors; identify talent and provide training as positions open. Assist in interviewing, hiring, training; plan, assign, direct work; appraise performance; mentor and celebrate employees; address feedback and problem-solve. Work with hotel leaders to meet budget targets in cost control, focusing on payroll and cost of sales; partner with Executive Chef on final menu and pricing approvals. Collaborate with in-house clients and contracted partners to build repeat guest relationships. Qualifications

3+ years as a Restaurant GM or Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel environment. Food Handler Certification (if applicable). Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Business, or equivalent field preferred; experience across restaurant/banquet/catering operations, budgeting, expense management, inventory, payroll and labor costing, staffing, marketing, owner relations, and P&L management. Proven systems knowledge and experience with restaurant POS systems or equivalent. Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences. Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed; extensive travel required. Assignment-based role. For applicants in New York, NYC, Colorado, Washington, and California, the anticipated compensation range is $90-115k. Final salary is dependent on factors including experience, education, location, and other job-related considerations.
