As a Senior Manager Project Manager, you will drive strategy and execute high priority / high visibility projects related to the Discover technology transition. Responsibilities
Work on large scale projects across the technology organization. Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope and deliverables, timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed. Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, including feasibility, design, planning and implementation. Leverage problem solving to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation. Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results. Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes. Demonstrate a proven track record of project management and the ability to structure work quickly. Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to interact with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree At least 5 years of Project Management experience At least 4 years Agile experience Preferred Qualifications

Chicago, IL: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr Manager, Project Management; McLean, VA: $170,800 - $194,900 for Sr Manager, Project Management; Richmond, VA: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr Manager, Project Management. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, and the actual salary offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
