5 years experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels in the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with excellent keyboarding skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent tasks involving several stakeholders. Superior detail orientation and time management skills. Absolute discretion. Preferred Qualifications
