Responsibilities
Lead the solution design process for new client opportunities, product expansions, and strategic renewals
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solution blueprints
Facilitate detailed product demonstrations and guide clients through functional and technical solution discussions
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Pricing teams to develop pricing proposals and estimate delivery timelines
Support strategic account pursuits and manage complex enterprise sales cycles
Qualifications (What is Required)
5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Deal Structuring, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Consulting roles
Strong understanding of platform architecture, system integrations, and operational workflows
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple active deal cycles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within SaaS, Insurtech, or financial services industries
Familiarity with insurance operations, underwriting, claims, and new business workflows
Advanced degrees or certifications related to the field
