As a Senior Data Architect, you will design and build enterprise-class relational and dimensional Teradata data models that highlight the business impact of our AI solutions. Success depends on quickly gaining a deep understanding of T-Mobile's IT and AI architecture and collaborating with architecture and development teams to deliver world-class solutions. You will work with Leadership, Solution Architects, and Development teams to shape and execute our Business Intelligence strategy. The ideal candidate connects data models to deployed AI solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct industry research and trends to guide Information Architecture direction.

Stay abreast of information management trends and standards, master data management, data services, self-service BI, metadata management, data quality, and data governance.

Build and maintain Reference Model Architecture and Standards for communicating Information Architecture directions.

Participate in Strategic, Regulatory, and Tactical SDLC projects.

Unify data requirements across the enterprise, harmonizing definitions and semantics, and specify designs as business semantic models, data models, lifecycle models, taxonomies, etc.

Maintain an enterprise view of data across business systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Architect, design, and build data models for back-office enterprise systems with a focus on Business Intelligence and Information Management.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree

4-7 years of experience with enterprise-level database systems (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server or similar), with emphasis on Teradata. Required

Compensation Base Pay Range: $99,800 - $180,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
