As an Architect in our engineering team, you'll have a key role in shaping the future of our Technology and Application. Your responsibilities include designing and improving large-scale, high-traffic applications, implementing modern technologies, and ensuring optimal user experiences. You'll be a technical leader, collaborating with various teams and providing solutions to complex technical challenges, requiring a deep understanding of software engineering concepts and a commitment to innovation. Define high-level solution approach & team structure based on customer workout sessions. Define architecture and design the changes. Mentor development team on technical approach, code reviewing, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure that the coding standards are followed. Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with the client. Take ownership of proposals and pre-sales activities and experience in estimations. Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment. Your Skills And Experience

10+ Years of experience in architecting solutions for different mobile platforms. Should have been working in Mobile technologies for at least 6 years with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing architecture for mobile solutions. Strong knowledge of different design architectures like MVC, MVVM, VIPER. Experience in TDD and pair programming. Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and software development life cycle policies and procedures. Good understanding of agile and scrum. Strong communicator. Life at Capgemini

The base salary range for the tagged location is $93,800 - $209,580/yr, and may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
