to support our client, a global leader in technology. This role offers the opportunity to work on Microsoft Edge Browser, which reaches billions of users worldwide. You'll be part of the AI & CoPilot division, analyzing data, building models, and driving insights that shape user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role has the option to be 100% remote or hybrid (Redmond, WA). Top Required Skills
Proficiency with scripting such as SQL, Python, or R
to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Hands-on experience with big data platforms
like Databricks, Cosmos, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent. Strong data analysis and reporting skills
with tools such as PowerBI and Excel to build dashboards and provide actionable insights. Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques

Contribute to weekly business metric reporting by analyzing movements, building dashboards, and communicating findings clearly. Process and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and challenges in user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Apply statistical and machine learning models to uncover insights and guide leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, developers, finance, and marketing to support business growth. The expertise you bring
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Business Insights, Data Analytics, or Data Science. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar scripting. Proven ability to work with big data platforms such as Databricks, Cosmos, or Azure. Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
