Houston, TX (Remote) Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions tailored for Mexico.
Collaborate with delivery teams to translate client requirements into effective, innovative solutions.
Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors platform functionalities.
Develop detailed solution architecture, conduct workshops, and gather stakeholder feedback.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll solutions.
Requirements
Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, particularly in Mexico.
Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and payroll process optimization.
Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution architecture, and planning.
Ability to influence and advise stakeholders effectively.
Willingness to travel to Colombia as required for project needs.
