A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its team. What They’re Looking For
Experience:
2+ years of experience in trusts and estates, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration; experience with tax planning or elder law is a plus
Skills:
Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents; comfortable advising clients on estate strategies and guiding families through the probate process
Licensed:
Active member of a state Bar and in good standing
Mindset:
Compassionate, client-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to balance both technical legal work and sensitive client matters
