Overview

As a Top Secret cleared DevOps Engineer for this program, you will be working in an organization that’s mission is to develop and operate the best possible software for critical national security enterprise applications. This organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodology and strong Dev Ops practices. Responsibilities

Design, deployment, testing, certification, operations, patching, and addressing interoperability issues of DevSecOps infrastructure tools, including all operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies. Deploy and configure services using an infrastructure as a service provider. Configure and manage Linux-based servers to serve a dynamic website. Debug cluster-based computing architectures. Use scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems. Install and manage open-source monitoring tools. Provide operations and maintenance for multiple tools and contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Typical day on this program

Collaborate and provide guidance to junior team members Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines Automate processes and improve existing infrastructure Monitor and maintain system health and respond to performance issues Implement configuration management solutions to maintain consistency across environments Work closely with the development and operations teams to streamline release and deployment processes This position will be contingent upon award to support on-site in Washington, DC at the customer facility. Requirements

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years of related technical specialized experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field. In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Preferred

Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL GitLab, JFROG Artifactory and Xray, Splunk, Hashicorp Vault, Boundary, Consul, Terraform, Nexus, JIRA, Crucible, Jenkins, Ansible and Ansible Tower Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure Cloud Microsoft Windows Server and Linux AWS Associate Level or above Certification(s) Salary and Other Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000-160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
