We’re looking for a highly accomplished and senior-level Forward Deployed Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead complex AI agentic deployments. This role demands a seasoned technologist and strategic partner who can design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging our Agentforce platform and other cutting-edge technologies, lead technical engagements, and mentor junior peers. You’ll drive transformative AI solutions from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to our most strategic clients. This isn’t just about coding; it’s about deeply understanding customer problems, architecting sophisticated solutions, and leading end-to-end technical delivery of innovative AI solutions built on the Agentforce platform and beyond. You’ll be a hands-on leader shaping technical strategy and ensuring successful outcomes. Your Impact

Drive Tangible Outcomes through Hands-On Implementation: end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact. Build Transformative AI Solutions: design, develop, and implement scalable production systems, architecting and deploying complex AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform. Engineer Bespoke Agentic AI Solutions: design and build custom intelligent agents with customers, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate with existing ecosystems. Data Configuration & Integration: own data lifecycle from data model design to building processing pipelines and integration strategies, ensuring data readiness, optimization, and security for AI applications. Proactively Remove Technical Blockers: identify and resolve complex technical challenges across solution delivery, including data integration, model deployment, and agent orchestration. Drive Agentforce Innovation: lead development of bespoke intelligent agents, automate business processes, and influence product direction with field insights. Become a Trusted Strategic Partner: embed with client teams to translate needs into technical requirements and designs, acting as primary technical advisor. Conduct Deep-Dive Technical Debugging and Root Cause Analysis: analyze and resolve complex system interactions and AI model behaviors to optimize performance and reliability. Lead Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs, often coding with client teams to gather feedback for rapid delivery. Implement and Enforce Best Practices: advocate for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across solutions. Required Qualifications

5+ years in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex) Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on fast, impactful delivery and ability to lead technical initiatives Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor juniors, and oversee technical aspects of projects Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing and deploying conversational AI in regulated industries Expert-level Apex and/or Python coding experience Prior experience in customer-facing technical lead or architect roles Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, Marketing Clouds) Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or libraries Experience with Salesforce preferred, not required Accommodations
