A law firm seeks a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join their team remotely in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about representing clients during challenging times and possess expertise in family law matters, including divorce, alimony, child support, and real estate.
Duties
Analyze client situations to develop strategic legal plans. Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to advance cases. Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Requirements
Active WSBA license in good standing. 1-2 years of experience in family law and real estate issues. Proven success in advocating for clients in and out of court. Education
Undergraduate degree with a legal background. Certifications
WSBA license. Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
