Epic Transition Business Advisor (BHRS)
Limited-Term . This Limited Term
Epic Transition Business Advisor
will serve as a strategic and technical business leader responsible for advising and supporting the BHRS team's successful transition to the Epic system. This role will lead and support BHRS teams with documenting the current state of behavioral health and addiction workflows, systems and processes to inform changes and decision making required to support the Epic transition. The
Transition Business Advisor
will collaborate with clinical and operational leadership, HIT Epic-certified analysts, Epic consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Epic EMR implementation solutions meet the unique needs of providers, clients, and community-based partners. The
Transition Business Advisor will also provide business support for various build configuration, testing and go-live tasks relating to the Epic implementation as well as support change management activities to help BHRS teams adjust to the new Epic EMR system and processes. This role demands a collaborative, hands-on leader capable of guiding change management, mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance (including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2), and improving clinical efficiency and user satisfaction.
