About the Role We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to help us scale Conduit across multiple industries. As one of the first AEs on the team, you’ll own the sales process end-to-end—from outbound prospecting to demoing, closing, and expanding relationships. This isn’t a handoff shop. You’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and customer success to identify the right customers, shape the pitch, and land high-quality, long-term accounts. You’ll be instrumental in building the next phase of Conduit’s go-to-market engine. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys moving fast, and knows how to close. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Drive adoption of Conduit by selling to operators, owners, and executives across key verticals
Collaborate with Product and Success to ensure smooth handoff and fast activation post-sale
Customize pitches and demos to reflect real workflows and measurable ROI
Contribute to outbound strategy: write cold emails, test campaigns, refine messaging
Build new sales playbooks and market-entry strategies alongside our founders
Represent Conduit at industry conferences, webinars, and key customer events
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Thrive in a team setting. This isn’t a remote role. We’re in the office, often 7 days a week. If you love the grind and want to move fast, you’ll feel right at home
Have 2–5 years of experience selling SaaS, ideally in a full-cycle AE role
Are comfortable closing deals in the $25K–$100K+ ACV range
Understand how to sell change: you don’t just pitch features, you sell better outcomes
Thrive in early-stage environments: you’re resourceful, self-directed, and not afraid to experiment
Bonus
Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, or vertical SaaS
Background selling complex, multi-stakeholder products
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Amplemarket, or Clay
