Summary

The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in Finance to teach undergraduate-level courses. Courses may be offered in person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on scheduling and program needs. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to student success. Responsibilities

Teach one or two undergraduate courses in Finance Review course materials and coordinate course activities with the course lead instructor Prepare and deliver course content aligned with departmental and course learning goals and student outcomes Provide students with timely, appropriate, and specific feedback Grade assignments and exams within 72 hours Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours Collaborate with departmental faculty and staff as needed to ensure instructional quality Comply with university policies and procedures, including timely submission of grades and course syllabi Qualifications

Required : Master’s degree in Finance, MBA or a related discipline Three or more years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: personal finance, financial planning, financial technology, corporate finance, investments, estate planning, and retirement planning Preferred College-level teaching experience (in-person and/or online) Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management Procedure for Candidacy

Salary Range: $1,975.00-$2,175.00 per credit. The position may also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition assistance.
