Senior Engineer, Software Development (Full-stack) – LPL Financial. Our company seeks a skilled senior software developer to work on multiple projects across different technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A senior developer participates in stand-ups, code reviews, design and architecture discussions, sprint planning and retrospectives, deployment, documentation, and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and develop dynamic account opening and account maintenance applications within a team. Explore and implement AI-based solutions to enhance account opening and client onboarding systems. Provide technical leadership through architectural design and implementation following LPL modernization practices, cloud practices, SDLC, and release management processes. Develop positive relationships with business partners to understand needs, manage expectations, deliver value-added solutions, and translate problem statements into system requirements. Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and demonstrate success through KPIs. Coordinate and manage full application life-cycle deliverables in alignment with best practices and compliance goals. Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure solutions are functional and sustainable. Use customer and business feedback to inform roadmaps and non-functional goals. Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on full-stack development with a desire to continue learning. Proficiency in .NET Framework; strong understanding of .NET Core and .NET Framework. Ability to create and consume RESTful services. Strong understanding of Angular concepts (components, modules, services, dependency injection). Understanding of responsive design principles for multi-device compatibility. Knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Experience with IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Experience with AI-powered tools to generate code snippets, boilerplate code, and functions, and to provide intelligent code completions and real-time bug detection. Code refactoring using AI-based suggestions to improve quality and maintainability. Documentation generation using AI for code comments, descriptions, and usage examples. CI/CD experience using GitHub repositories. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical and non-technical. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks using available resources and tools. Pay Range

$106,125-$176,875 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors including skill, experience, education, internal peers’ base salaries, performance, and location.
