Overview
GPJ is hiring a Sponsorship Liaison Event Producer to join our growing team. This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days / week: Boston, MA or New York, NY. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and partner agencies managing sponsors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Facilitate regular communication and coordination meetings between internal teams and partner agencies to discuss sponsorship requirements and expectations. Oversee the implementation of sponsored booths and deliverables, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution. Manage a multi-million dollar budget from creation to reconciliation. Your Skills
Proven experience in event production, sponsorship management, or related roles, with a strong understanding of the event industry and sponsorship landscape. Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional value to sponsors and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of sponsorship coordination and execution. Proficiency in Google Suite. Manage end-to-end logistics for sponsor turnkey installations, overseeing setup and dismantle and align to production schedule. Oversee turnkey graphics status in Graphic Management Tool. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results for sponsors. Monitor Marketing and Promotional Opportunities (MPOs), ensuring fulfillment of commitments and maximizing sponsor visibility throughout the event. Act as a point of contact for Sponsor Team addressing and resolving client escalations promptly and professionally. Proven experience in event logistics, sponsor management and expo logistics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with sponsors, vendors, clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall success of Google Next. Experience managing $1M+ budgets with accuracy. Your Competencies

Salary Range : $90k+ Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
