Relationship Manager - Middle Market Healthcare role at U.S. Bank. This is a hybrid/flexible position with in-office expectation of three (3) or more days per week. Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager will support new business development for the Middle Market Healthcare across the Midwest. This is a sales and relationship-focused role that will prospect for and close new clients, as well as retain and expand existing relationships. The role takes a consultative approach to selling bank products and services to prospects and clients. The Relationship Manager provides financial advice and partners with internal portfolio management and risk teams to approve loans within assigned limits and monitor ongoing portfolio credit quality. The Middle Market Healthcare team focuses on companies ranging in size from $50 million to $1 billion in revenue across the healthcare ecosystem. Basic Qualifications
Master\'s degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of corporate or commercial lending experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven track record of business development and keen interest in client acquisition Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to independently build strong credibility and rapport with internal and external partners across complex organizations Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans Strong leadership and strategic management skills Healthcare experience Compensation and Scheduling
Base pay for this role usually falls within $150,000 to $225,000. Pay ranges reflect location and candidate qualifications; actual compensation discussed with a U.S. Bank recruiter if contacted to discuss the role further. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office expectation noted above. Salary range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00. Benefits and total rewards vary by role, location, and hours. Benefits
