Job Description Summary
Venmo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Pay with Venmo team. We want you to be a tactical driver in crafting delightful consumer experiences in the online commerce space and drive high impact initiatives from inception through execution. We’re looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves product manager who has a keen interest in understanding the current Fintech and digital commerce landscape and can translate the consumer needs into a comprehensive product roadmap. In this role, you will participate and lead discovery for new features and improvements, work with engineering and design to build and launch A/B tests to optimize existing product flows. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, technical and data acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. Essential Responsibilities
Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements. Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies to support data-driven decision making. Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. Expected Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
