Licensed Psychologist – San Jose, California Location: San Jose, California Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Salary Range: $131,280-$172,080/year Job Description

A non-profit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join their team, specializing in working with developmentally disabled individuals across a broad age range (3 years through adulthood). The ideal candidate will possess substantial real-world experience in conducting comprehensive assessments using tools such as the WISC-V, WAIS-IV, Woodcock-Johnson, C-TONI, ADOS, ADIR, SRS, CARS, and ABAS. Strong interviewing skills are essential, as responsibilities include evaluating clients through interviews, reviewing external reports, and determining the necessity for additional assessments to establish Lanterman Eligibility in strict accordance with the Lanterman Act. The role also involves effectively communicating eligibility decisions to families and participating confidently in legal proceedings, including court testimonies and fair hearings. This is an on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families through thorough and lawful eligibility determination processes. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as WISC-V, WAIS-IV, Woodcock-Johnson, C-TONI, ADOS, ADIR, SRS, CARS, ABAS. Evaluate clients through interviews; review external reports; determine the necessity for additional assessments to establish Lanterman Eligibility in accordance with the Lanterman Act. Communicate eligibility decisions to families; participate in legal proceedings, including court testimonies and fair hearings. Provide on-site services and collaborate with teams to support individuals and families through eligibility determination. Qualifications

Licensed Psychologist in California. Experience conducting assessments with developmentally disabled individuals across a broad age range (3 years through adulthood). Proficiency with standardized assessment tools: WISC-V, WAIS-IV, Woodcock-Johnson, C-TONI, ADOS, ADIR, SRS, CARS, ABAS. Strong interviewing and communication skills; ability to present eligibility decisions clearly to families and in legal settings. Ability to work on-site in San Jose, California. Benefits
