Speech Language Pathologist in San Francisco, CA — contract role for the current school year (CSY) supporting K-12 students in a San Francisco-based school setting. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication goals Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations Document all interactions and maintain compliance with school and legal standards Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working as a School-based SLP, ideally with K-12 populations Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills tailored for school-aged children Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of educational law and regulatory requirements related to special education and speech therapy Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
