Under the direction of senior staff, coordinate and complete Request for Proposals (RFPs) and broker questionnaires in the Large Case (3,000+) and National Accounts (5,000+) markets, including independently completing moderate to very complex RFPs, RFIs and broker questionnaires. This includes ownership of all attachments, samples and signatory forms, creating proposal documents, contract review and comparison, identification of plan and contractual deviations, and final RFP submission. Coordinate and conduct planning meetings with Sales executives and appropriate subject matter experts (product, plan administration, implementation, etc.) to address scope of the RFP, issues, product questions, and establish ownership and timeframe for RFP completion. Assess information needs, conduct research and contact functional representatives to retrieve and coordinate all required information and manage the RFP process through completion, prior to deadline. Other duties and projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2-3 years insurance industry experience, with a focus on RFP delivery Strong oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $67,700 - $112,850 USD. Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, with potential incentives depending on role and location. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.
