Responsibilities
Oversee procurement, management, and support of network circuits, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable performance across the organization.
Support business operations within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, managing a wide range of tasks to meet company goals.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships; ensure SLAs are met and performance metrics are achieved.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize circuit provisioning, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
Maintain SOPs and documentation for provisioning workflows; participate in process improvement initiatives.
Identify potential issues, react swiftly to mitigate impact, and manage multiple projects with a sense of ownership.

You
Experience in business operations and network circuit procurement, management, provisioning, and support in a large-scale enterprise
Experience managing budgets and cost optimization for network circuitry equipment and services
Proven negotiation skills to drive favorable contract terms and pricing
Knowledge of cloud interconnect solutions and implementations (e.g., direct connect, VPN, ExpressRoute)
Understanding of SLAs and monitoring/enforcing SLA compliance
Experience completing sales order forms from local networking suppliers
Understanding provisioning of network bandwidth for IP transit, fiber, and wavelength service
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business) with 3–5 years related experience or 7+ years equivalent experience
Ability to collaborate with senior network engineers to translate technical requirements into vendor deliverables
Nice to Have
Network operations background/experience
Network+ and/or PMP certification
Proficiency with network performance deployment, monitoring, and configuration tools
Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements
Basic Jira proficiency
