Store Manager position at Claire’s focused on leading a team, delivering sales results, and creating a welcoming shopping experience that celebrates self-expression and fashion trends. Responsibilities

Sales and Profit: Infuse passion for Claire’s products into achieving store targets, fostering growth, and promoting self-expression; implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction reflects positivity and inclusivity, helping customers find pieces that reflect their personality. Piercing Excellence: Complete comprehensive training as a piercing specialist, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process. Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect the brand’s fun and joyful spirit. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the team; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and grow team potential. Brand Representation: Promote Claire’s products with enthusiasm, keep the store well-merchandised, and maximize sales opportunities. About You

Sales-Driven Mindset: You strive to meet and exceed sales targets and maximize opportunities. Customer-Centric Approach: You’re committed to exceptional service and memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and close sales. Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking charge when needed. Fashion Enthusiasm: Stay up to date with trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Curated Fashion Capability: Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during shifts. Job Requirements

Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers. Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and support store operations. High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail management experience. Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs); ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders as needed. Passion for helping customers express themselves daily. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, employees, and management. Mathematical aptitude for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and capacity to work independently in some store locations. Interest in fashion trends to enhance customer experience and sales. Perks And Benefits

Compensation Range: $25.50 - $28.00 Claire’s is committed to adhering to all applicable policies and laws. All positions will be compensated at or above the minimum wage for the location.
