Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

Develop and execute federal business development strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze market trends, agency budgets, and procurement forecasts to identify opportunities.

Opportunity Identification & Capture

Identify and qualify federal contract opportunities through market research and networking. Lead capture management efforts including win strategies, teaming, and customer engagement.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with Civilian federal agency decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and agency meetings.

Proposal Development

Oversee proposal strategy, development, and submission for federal solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant and compelling proposals.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with executive leadership, operations, and technical teams to align business development efforts. Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

US Citizenship required. Minimum bachelor's degree. 10-15 years experience in a growth role in technical and professional services to include capture, planning, implementing, and staffing projects or sites. 10-15 years experience selling and delivering to Federal customers with emphasis on Civilian Accounts such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Department of Commerce. Excellent communication skills; oral, written, and analytical skills. Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills. Knowledge of or experience with working with Alaskan Native Corporations (ANC) or other Disadvantaged Native organizations is a plus. Knowledge of or experience within the SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Program is a plus. Ability to obtain a security clearance Ability to travel (up to 25%) to meet with clients and teaming partners, support proposal efforts, and attend conferences. Benefits
