Job description : Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the greater Fort Worth, Texas Market. This role involves driving case volume growth and EBITDA, recruiting top surgeons, and strengthening relationships with physician partners. You will lead expansion efforts, foster a high-performing culture, ensure minimal employee turnover, champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success across all centers. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating with Surgery Center Administrators to achieve objectives and review progress at the board level. Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons, optimizing partnerships with health systems, and launching new service lines to drive revenue growth and profitability. Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders through training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for key roles. Partnership Excellence: Oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and a focus on shared success. Cultural Excellence: Champion USPI\'s EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster safety, patient satisfaction, and a thriving leadership culture. Must have oversight of OR Operations/Surgical Services experience Must have a Bachelor’s degree; Prefer Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis Travel

Up to 75% local travel required within the greater Ft Worth area. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
