Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD Software Development and Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to software development, project management for silicon development infrastructure, and infrastructure for silicon verification at block & system levels.

Responsibilities

Administrate design repository: the candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of a version control repository

Refactoring design/verification spaces: propose repository organization, for refactoring of design metadata, verification areas, generator files, and others

Management of project tracking: prior to the project kick-off, the candidate will set up the project area, set up and administer program management and tracking, and implement regression automation deployment

Consult on infrastructure for system level verification as well as subsystem level verification for silicon system interfaces such as DDR & PCIe

Qualifications

15+ years with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience in software development and project management

Proficiency in SVN, Atlassian, JIRA, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins

Experience in design verification environments, test bench development, infrastructure & methodologies for silicon development

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and version control

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication and consultation skills

Ability to prioritize tasks based on project needs

Additional experience with functional & performance modeling using languages such as SystemC are a definite advantage

Travel 0% - 25%

Physical Attributes and Requirements Physical Attributes: Feeling, Handling, Hearing, Other, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others

Physical Requirements: 75% sitting, 15% standing, 15% walking; 100% in doors; Usual business hours

Pay and Benefits Pay Range: We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $75,000 - $232,000. Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
